Vinification

Grapes from our vineyards in Rioja Alavesa and Finca Los Almendros. Fermented in small stainless steel tanks, with a gentle maceration, reaching the balance between the expression of the fruit and the terroir.

Ageing

18 months of aging in new American oak barrels selected by our enology team. Going to rest in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months, to achieve its elegance and finesse.
