New York Paella Parade
Last 23rd of May Frederick Wildman (www.frederickwildman.com) and El Coto de Rioja (www.elcoto.com), with the help of the NY City college of Technology, the Chelsea Wine Vault and Paella Pans, organised the Paella Parade for the third time in NY at South street Seaport, an amazing location with a unique view of the Brooklyn bridge. Nine fantastic NY city restaurants prepared their Paellas at the Beekman beergarden : Copa, Tapeo 29, Toloache, El Paso, San Martín, Nuela, El Quinto Pino, Lizarran and Sala One Nine. Their great paellas were matched by our El Coto range: Blanco, Rosado and Crianza. El Coto de Rioja and Frederick Wildman would like to thank warmly all that made it possible, starting with those who attended the event, the restaurants and organisations involved. Part of the turnover of the event was given to Action Against Hunger and the NY City College of Technology.
