Prior to the bottling process as such, we carry out several other processes aiming at preparing the wine so as to ensure a correct evolution during the ageing in bottle. These processes are as follows:

In an insulated environment, fresh bottles are cleaned inside with a mixture of filtered water and a mild biological antiseptic, and later dried and filled with wine. Afterwards, the corking machine corks the full bottle, which will be directed to either the bottle rack handling machine -to start a long bottle ageing-, or to the capsuling, labelling and packing machines, in case it is a wine that will do a shorter bottle ageing.
