Bottle ageing

When wine is left isolated in the bottle in an oxygen-free environment, its organoleptic features evolve, it becomes more round and develops the bouquet and structure that will turn it a pleasant drink to taste.

This process is mainly carried out in our bottle ageing facilities, under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, where we store our bottles in metallic bottle racks. However, those wines whose bottle ageing period is shorter than 18 months will be stored capsuled, labelled and packed in our finished wine building, which is also operating under environmental conditions control.
